The resort had lovely amenities like spacious rooms and well-maintained pools, perfect for family fun. However, the check-in experience was quite unimpressive due to some unwelcoming staff. A bit noisy at night, but the overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

We spent time at the 3 pools. each offered something special, like waterfalls and hot tubs. The staff was super friendly and helped us with a few activities for the kids, which made for a memorable holiday.

I was really impressed with how family-friendly the hotel was, with awesome pools that provided plenty of options to relax and have fun, and its location made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Celebration of Fine Art, which was just a short walk away.
